“The value of labor for me, means working together as sisters to raise money for the organization Girls on the Run and HuskyTHON! Our sisters do such a great job working to beat our fundraising goals and grow our chapter while doing it. The passion that each of our sisters have to better our community and philanthropy is what makes the Eta Theta chapter so unique! My acts of labor in GPhi have taught me how rewarding it is when you dedicate yourself to a cause and have other sisters share that same dedication with you.”

I’ve never felt more welcomed by a group of girls than I am in Eta Theta. I love the version of who I am when I am around my sisters and they know that they can count on me too. It is so rewarding to be in a community like this and I only hope to make the most of it with as much love as possible in these next few semesters.”

Our philanthropy ‘Building Strong Girls’ resonates with me and through our events, we are able to support Girls on the Run. I am forever grateful and amazed to be a part of a great sisterhood that prioritizes becoming your true self."

"The value of love, to me, encompasses all the values of Gamma Phi into one. I’m lucky to have a family that shows unconditional love for one another, and coming into recruitment I never knew it was possible to find people who would match that. Gamma Phi quickly introduced me to the girls I will forever call sisters because of the love they show to one another, especially in incorporating our three other values while showing love. Through good times and bad, my Gamma Phi sisters are there for me when I need them with their true and constant love and support. The value of love is not only seen, but felt. When you walk in a room, from an informal hang out to a ritual preference ceremony, the sisters of Eta Theta radiate love."
